Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience prefer in the same field.
* Advanced knowledge of telecommunications business, manpower regulation, knowledge of Industrial Relation with government and employee relation.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Planning, preparing and doing any programs from HR activities.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Monitoring and analyzing new manpower6 regulation arranged by government.
* Monitoring the issues and situations which are expanded in company environment, employees or matters in the field of manpower.
* Computer literate (MS Office) is must.
* Fluent in English (both oral and written).
* Good Analytical Thinking.
* Have Strong Integrity and Loyalty.
