Styrene Monomer (SM) is the raw material for downstream industries manufacturing PS (Polystyrene), EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), SAN (Styrene Acrylonitrile), ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber), SBL (Styrene Butadiene Latex) and UPR (Unsaturated Polyester Resin).

Competency Skill

1.Bachelor’s degree or poly Technic degree in Mechanical engineering.
2.Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
3.Experience with Mechanical maintenance Manager/Superintendent in chemical plant at least 5 – Years for bachelor degree and 10 years for polytechnic degree.
4.Has broad and general knowledge of maintenance work such as: PM, PDM, CM, installation concept, material, welding, NDT, Vibration analysis.
5.Has broad and general knowledge of rotating and static equipment
6.Has broad and general knowledge of HSE (JSA, Risks assessment, General basic safety required).
7.Familiar with CMMS, SAP R3 will advantage
8.Familiar with Root cause failure analysis method
9.Has good leadership.
10.Ability to direct others through oral and written communication.
11.Has Good attitude and personality.
12.Accustomed to PC operation.
13.Able to interpret maintenance manual.
14.Willing to work under pressure.
15.Call-out response is required.
