OPERATION SUPPORT SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

*Supervise all related activities to Payment Solution operation on field
*Coordination and distribute job order schedule to technicians
*Monitoring and assist to manage Helpdesk Team in operation
*Responsible for internal & external data and activity report
*Stock monitoring and control updating data
*Monitoring spare part and materials for Repair Center
*Liaise with customer for coordination

General Qualification:

*Female, age between 25 – 30 years old
*Min. S1 graduate
*Good interpersonal skill
*Positive attitude
*Self motivated
*able to work with team under time and cost constraints
*Preferable those who has 2 (two) years relevant experiences
