INA (Indonesian-Netherlands Association), an Indonesian-Benelux Chamber of Commerce is looking for a qualified candidate of Marketing and Publications Manager.

Background
INA is the official chamber of commerce for the Benelux countries (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) in Indonesia. The organization has interests in facilitating, encouraging and supporting business cooperation between the three countries.

Marketing and Publication Manager (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:
o Developing and executing a marketing/PR strategy for the INA aimed at effective communication with existing and potential new members. Ensure regular personal contact from the INA office with members at least once in six months;
o Developing, and carrying out, a PR/communications policy for INA in Indonesia aimed at effective communication with existing and potential new clients;
o Collecting information and news for the INA weekly News bulletin;
o Organization of Seminars and Events;
o Maintaining the INA website;
o Producing the INA magazine, ensuring sufficient high quality articles, designing, make-up and arrangement for printing of the magazine and selling advertisements and arranging the printing of the magazine

Requirements:

* We are looking for a creative person, who can work independently, effective communicate with members and suppliers, has good reading and writing skills and has at least two years of working experience in media organization or public relations department.
* Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia are essential.
* Command of the Dutch language is an advantage.
