HEAD OF TELEMARKETING ( Kode : H-03/TLM )

Qualifications:

*Male/Female, age. 30 – 38 years old.
*Bachelor degree in Management from reputable university
*Min 3 years experience in the Telemarketing Insurance Busssiness
*Having experienced in Telemarketing Insurance Leader
*Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email )
*Highly responsible, reliable, adnd honest
*Hard worker, ready to work under pressure
*Have a good target achievement history
*Able to enhance the target annually
*Good communication skills in Indonesian and English (oral and written) and possesses the ability to communicate and manage relationships with a wide range of people.
*Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in team
