Voice Service Product Manager

Job Descriptions:

*Initiate new product idea.
*Define the specification of the product.
*Define the product strategy and roadmap.
*Deliver MRDs (Market Requirement Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) with prioritized features and corresponding justfication.
*Work with external third parties to assess partnership and licensing opportunities.
*Run beta and pilot programs with early stage products and samples.

Job Requirements:

*Min. Bachelor degree, MBA graduate is more prefered.
*Min. 3 years experience as Product Development.
*Demonstrate success defining and launching excellent products.
*5 years experiences in Product Management or Product Design experience in Mobile Telco market (agile development experience is a plus).
*Superior ability to channel the expectation of the customers.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Technical background, with experience in Telco (know and exposed to telecommunications marketplace and relevant technologies.
*Have excellent teamwork, communication, negotiation skills without formal authority.
*Able to do multitasking job with past-paced in under pressure environment.
*Able to be organized, focused and detailed, self-starter.
*Professional, passionate, ethics, confident and commit.
