Account Executive
Requirements:
· General Requirements for Sales :
o A Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Marketing or Management
o An English proficient candidate
o A good communicator with strong leadership capability
o A mature individual with high self-confidence, and able to work effectively with complex products and sales cycles
· Technical and General Qualifications for Sales:
o Having at least two years experience in IT Sales
o Having at least four years experience in a Sales
o Having capability to lead and manage people to build a strong team
o Preferably having knowledge and experience in HR or software related sales
o Having good presentation, technical and business writing skills
o Quick learning aptitude
o Negotiation skills, Interpersonal skills, Networking skills
· Will primarily work in Jakarta, but must be willing to work outside Jakarta for short period assignment
· Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status
· Will manage complete sales process for Human Resource and ERP software solutions including pre-sales, business development and negotiations
· Position provides a competitive compensation package with both salary and commission.
