New service channel was launched in 2017, called Garda Oto Digital. The new service channel provides various convenience to our customers, such as buying insurance policy anytime and anywhere via gardaoto.com, freely choose claims location and vehicle pick up service from and to customers’ pick up / delivery point.
Another service channel was launched on September 12th 2018, right on Asuransi Astra 62nd birthday, called Garxia (Garda eXperience Intelligent Assistant) the first virtual assistant in Indonesia with chatbot technology that can serve the entire process of purchasing vehicle insurance starting from premium simulation to payment. Garxia can be found in Garda Mobile Otocare ver 4.0 and integrated with Garda Oto Digital.
